Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel exceeded my expectations with spacious rooms that had a river view and balcony, making my stay exceptionally beautiful and comfortable. However, the inconsistency in room cleaning and the unmanned bar were slight downsides to an otherwise pleasant experience.
The hotel is ideally situated near Lucerne, offering a convenient and pleasant stay. The rooms could use a stylish update but are adequately clean and comfortable. The service is friendly and helpful, though a bit slow at times. Dining options are fantastic with a varied spread, but slightly on the pricey side. Overall, a decent choice for a stay with great location advantages.
The hotel is located in a very central spot, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, while not luxurious, were clean and accurate, though a bit old-smelling and humid. The service from the hotel staff was enthusiastic and friendly throughout my stay. The dining options were decent but a bit pricey for what was offered. The overall experience was positive, with a great location offsetting some minor room issues.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were of good size and had quality beds, making for a comfortable stay. However, some aspects were a bit inconvenient, which was slightly disappointing given the hotel's rate.
I was thrilled with the hotel's central location, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. However, the constant loud music from the outside speakers was a bit bothersome. Despite this, the overall experience was delightful and enjoyable.
